"We had a great time at Walnut Beach Resort. We stayed in a Chardonnay Studio, with king bed, separate sitting area with TV, kitchen and 2 seater dining table as well as bathroom with huge tub. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was nice to be able to have breakfast in our suite. The pool area was great, lots of beach chairs and there is a hotel private beach with dock. The hotel has no carpet which feels cleaner, but at times you can hear heavy-footed people above. Also the rooms backing onto the road can have some street noise, not a problem if the windows are closed and it is not a busy road. We found the A/C system efficient but rather noisy. Overall, we liked this location and hotel and will return again and pay more for a room facing the side or pool. June is a great time for fresh cherries!"
