"I asked for a quiet room, and the staff did what they can, I think. The ting that they didn’t mentioned was there is a open club right beside of the hotel that plays really loud music throughout the night and I mean, window shaking loud. I went down to ask for another room but they said there is construction on the other side so the problem won’t get resolved. If I had known this, I would had booked the hotel "

"No hot water for my 2 day stay, when I enquired as to why not I was told it was a problem for the whole hotel. Seemed strange as the central heating was working. There was also no internet for one of the evenings I was there (I booked 2 nights) again, I was told it was a problem for the whole hotel. Otherwise fine, nice room with a view and fair breakfast. But I am not a fan of cold showers."
