"Hotel staff in any and all positions appeared extremely friendly and service oriented. Distance to the ski slopes is a marginal 50M or so. Hotel management pays attention to details. Breakfast and dinners in restaurant are diverse and of excellent quality. Not all serving staff may be fluent in either German or English, however, all are eager to overcome any shortcomings with enthusiasm and a very positive attitude.
