"La naturaleza del lugar y el jardín increíbles, pero la comida de muy poca calidad para el lugar, tengo familia de por allá y hay excelente comida en la zona y región. El cuarto muy sencillo, las almohadas muy malas, las toallas muy rasposas y medio viejas, el wifi casi inservible, la mesa de Pool rota e incompleta, el futbolito en muy mal estado, las mesas del bar muy mal, el área de juegos de mesa muy mal, las toallas para la alberca las tuve que pedir 5 veces. Es un lugar que cobra como hotel boutique, pero ofrece un servicio muy pobre. No había clases de yoga, como estaba anunciado. Se inundó un cuarto y nos llegaron a tocar en la noche, porque a la persona que se le inundó les dieron el mismo cuarto que ya teníamos nosotros. Los cuartos están en el área de silencio, y la última noche llegó una familia a platicar y cenar muy alto afuera de nuestro cuarto. Podría ser uno de los mejores lugares, pero todo se queda en el potencial."

"Staff were friendly and responsive. Room was clean. Outdoor area next to room was spacious and we the elevated platform provided a lookout (mirador) of the mountains. Also appreciated the conveniently available filtered water."

"The property was charming, the room was great. The buffet at the place next door included with you room was fantastic. Different both days we were there. Close to a lot of things to do including the Butterfly sanctuary. The staff are so nice. Enjoyed our stay very much."

"Breakfast was to be included each morning. The first we waited an hour for tea, bread and a hard boiled egg. The second day there was no one in the kitchen even though they knew we were going on a day trip so we made our own breakfast (they’d said we could use the kitchen. When we returned in the evening, the kitchen was so cluttered with dirty dishes that we used the microwave in our room exclusively. The burners on the oven didn’t work, we couldn’t find a single clean cloth with which to wash up, the fridge contained food that looked expired. I let them know our toilet wasn’t flushing and 12 hours later, my husband fixed it. "

"This is a must go and visit. We visited the ranch in November of this year and can not say enough about our stay. We were greeted by our host immediately upon arriving, even though it was late in the evening. The setting in the evening was beautiful, with lights and plants everywhere. The next morning the scene was just as beautiful. Lovely gardens and the most friendly dogs every, and a peaceful tranquility. We were taken care of for our stay by the other host and chef, George! George was amazing, a great host with lots of information and an amazing chef. We were pampered and treated well every part of the stay. George made the stay wonderful and really makes this ranch what it is. We do recommend the horse back ride to the waterfall, peaceful and serene are the best words we can come up with. We would like to thank all the wonderful staff for their kindness and hospitality. We strongly recommend this stay for anyone and everyone. "
