"What a great time! Great staff, fun facility and god the view was great. Did the infinity pool at night and I was the only one in there. Not sure why. Probably a rarity but it was sooo serene. "Staff were great! Cable is not that good, busted tv remote control, no tissue being offered, they forgot to resupply toilet paper and the real downer is lack of hot shower. Customer service is outstanding though. Kudos to staff friendliness and professinalisn!"

"It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...

"What a nightmare! I booked a condo-hotel last minute for a group of 8 and paid a good amount of money for it, only to be charged again for a separate entrance fee which was quite a lot! The unit did not have any towels, not even soap and shampoo! The internet provided was the prepaid-type and it sucked! The elevator was broken. The place needs work and there is a fee for any amenity that you want to use. I highly DO NOT recommend this place!"

"Our family loved the food (especially the buffet breakfast), the spectacular view of the Taal Lake, spacious and clean rooms and specially the friendly and helpful staff!
