Upon arrivcal went to use bathroom in my room and there was a puddle of water on the floor. Went back down and told them about it - I was told they are fully boked and cannot move me.When I went back up the Maint. person was ther and confirmedit was coming from the seal of the toilet. I was told that he does not have any caulking to fix it and their solution was a towel on the floor and asking me If i am going to use the bathroom.. WOW!"
