"The room was spectacular. The beds were comfy and the overall room experience met expectations. Given we booked through Expedia it appears we were put in class where selection of rooms were not an option thus looking over the parking lot. Despite location it was a great room. Pool was adequate and served what we needed. Staff were very friendly. I was recommend to others. "

"The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated having a kitchen and a large table, which gave us plenty of room to work on our laptops during our stay. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. That said, there were a few cleanliness and maintenance issues that could use more attention to detail. We found several dirty dishes that had been put back in the cabinets, including coffee cups with visible old coffee residue and silverware that had not been properly cleaned. To be safe, we ran everything through the dishwasher before using it. The shower was also disappointing. The water never got hot and stayed cold/ lukewarm at best, and the water pressure was very low, which made showering take longer than expected and not very comfortable. Overall, this wasn’t a bad stay, but for the price ($265 for one night), I expected a higher level of quality. I would recommend this hotel if you are able to find a good rate, but at this price point, it fell a bit short of expectations."

"We’ve stayed here 4 times now en route to FL for spring break. The staff is always very friendly and value is good. However this time the room was not cleaned well. Upon arrival there was tooth paste in bathroom sink, clumps of dirt on the floor, a piece of candy or gum on the floor and the worst of it was when my teenager noticed a “Zyn” nicotine pouch stuck to the wall above the TV😩. The room is always spacious but this time it was not cleaned well."

"Front desk check-in didn’t even get up out of chair to greet us, was on phone then AND when I asked about ice. They were out of ice and and the response was, “oh, I didn’t know!” Very noisy hotel, terrible pillows, cheap/thin toilet and facial tissues, etc!!!!"

"Hotel was old ..major renovation needed. Smelled moldy Not suitable for Hampton INN Staff great. Food great "
