"It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. Everything was smooth and hassle-free, from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable – exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight, though, was the Indian restaurant on-site. Honestly, it served the best curry I’ve had in a long time – full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and really authentic. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, I’d recommend visiting just for the food! The location was also great – well connected and easy to get around. All in all, a brilliant stay. I’d definitely return!"
