"The cabin was great. The only issue we had was before business hours for the cabins we had to go next door to the other hotel with an issue. My son threw up and the person at the front desk was very rude. Asked if we signed the animal waiver which made no sense, this was our son. Just gave my spouse a very bad attitude all around. Other than that experience, this place was great!"

"Reasonable value for the money. Not too fancy but not crazy expensive so that’s fair. Nice, good sized balconies, good view of the bridge, nice front sand area with a number of family sized fire pits - a nice way to round out the evening. The breakfast room is quite small but the food was reasonable and we really appreciated not having to find a restaurant for breakfast- this saved us a lot of time which we wanted to spend on the island. Tip: Shepler’s have free shuttle services that will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel. Yay- a great service. And yes, buy your tickets online ahead of time- saves a lot of waiting and may get you on an earlier ferry. We had a great visit."

"Our stay was relaxed, quiet, & clean. The shower water flow was great! The bed was too soft, it felt like a waterbed. But overall, a good quality for a good price. It was convenient to shops & food"

"We had a king size room on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the river. It was a beautiful room. It was very clean we were very comfortable and it was quiet at night time. There staff was fantastic. We would definitely go there again. Don't let the outside fool ya. This is a gem. The only thing I'd change is comfortable mattress. Too soft"
