"The Pickwick Hotel was both clean and spacious but the best part of our stay was the staff. Justin transported us to and from the airport. He immediately made us feel welcome, safe and genuinely seemed happy to see us again. Andean works the front desk and ensured all our needs were met. She is the heart and soul of the Pickwick Hotel with her radiant smile and sunny nature!! Thank you for the pleasant stay. "

We used the bikes at the hotel - staff were very helpful when using them. I’m not sure the photos do the hotel justice - it’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. "

"Shaka Caye is a hidden gem; if you want to have a non-chaotic, very personalized vacation where the staff treat you like you are the only person on the island, Shaka Caye is the perfect location. The staff know you by name, the rooms are kept very clean, the food was absolutely amazing (I will say that the food might have been my favorite part of the trip!), and you have a beach almost to yourself.
