"A lovely new and modern hotel in a great up-and-coming area. The rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the live music at the bar created a great atmosphere in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The staff at this hotel was great! Upon check-in I found that I was at the wrong Clayton hotel but Aisling at the reception desk was kind enough to call them and they were able to cancel my reservation and book me into the hotel I was at. While I was holding up the line Sharveen and Yvonne helped all the other Check-ins and they were all so extremely pleasant! The room was great with a coffee pot to make tea or coffee and milk and sugar were also available. There was a microwave and a safe for valuables. The room was also spotless. I had an excellent pizza at the Collage and the wait staff there were also very professional and helpful! All in all, it was a great stay and having the shuttle to the airport was really helpful! Thanks to all the staff! Frances O’Rourke"

"Our only complaint was about the service in the restaurant. Very nice people, but on two separate nights there was a 20-30 minute gap between bringing us the appetizer course and the main course. That is, after finishing the starter, we sat for 20-30 minutes before the main course was brought to us. Not sure why... The shuttle bus drivers were great. The breakfast was good (if a tad expensive at USD $15 per person). They have a captive audience at the isolated airport hotel, so can charge basically whatever they want."

"Originally, we were booked into a studio that faced the road and was just next to the pub. It was quite loud, especially as it got later at night. LALI at reception was super kind and helpful when we went down to the office in the morning and she promptly moved us to an upgraded suite that was much more comfortable and had better sound proofing"
