Children’s Paradise

I am on crutches and there was no attempt to organise accessible room or indicate where I could park. Bed was not comfortable and apartment was stuffy with all windows open. There was no fan or air conditioning. Kitchen amenities were great. Lots of activities to amuse children.

There is no window in the second bedroom and there is no air condition, so it's very hard to sleep in summer. For this kind of price I would expect the air condition to work. Kitchen is nicely equiped and there are good swimming facilities. Check in at 16:00 and check out at 11 also gives you a very little time frame to be in the hotel and so swimming place could be very crowded in the evenings.

We specifically stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. It was immaculately clean and quite spacious. It wasn’t quite walking distance to the downtown areas we had planned to visit, but it was always easy to find a rental scooter at the hotel. The lobby shop was nicely stocked with coffee and simple breakfast items. We didn’t use the pool and spa facilities because we were in town to see family, but it looked very nice.

The pool fee wasn’t included in the room price. The walk from the villa was inconvenient. Parking was only in the main lot, away from the villa. No A/C and only one window opened 1/4 of the way. The pool area had rust and weathering. The public is allowed to pay to use the facilities and some child sports teams were frequently using the pool area. The city was lovely and we will stay elsewhere the next time.

Pelkkää rahastusta kaikessa! Kallis pysäköinti (34,50€/2vrk sis EasyParkin palvelumaksun), vanha ja kulahtanut kylpylä- sauna ja pukuhuoneosasto, huono palvelu (toisena iltana O’Learrys ravintolassa sentään tarjoilija hymyili, missään muualla koko aikana ei kukaan sis. vastaanotto, aamiainen, siistijät käytävillä, Hesburger kylpylän puolella), aamiainen oli huono ja kaikki oli vähissä klo 9:20, kun saavuttiin paikalle. Santsatessa ei oltu vieläkään täydennetty ja tasan klo 10 kaikki vietiin pois. Usein hotelleissa käydään huomauttamassa, että jos haluatte vielä jotain, niin aamiainen päättyy 5min päästä tms. Täällä ei, kun ei tosiaan palvelua ollut muutenkaan. Enkä siis yövy missään huopputasoisissa paikoissa muutenkaan, vaan ihan perus hotelleissa. Huoneessa varavuode ei ollut pedattu valmiiksi, vaan se piti laittaa itse. Edes tyynyliinoja tai pussilakanoita ei oltu laitettu valmiiksi. Lapsille ei ollut kylpytakkeja. Saunaosastolla ei ollut tarjolla peflettejä enkä nähnyt tästä tietoa missään ennen hotelliin saapumista. Asia oli mainittu respasta saamassamme aukiolopaperissa, kun peflettejä ei siinä kohtaa ole saatavilla enää mistään. Ainiin! Aamiainen ei myöskään sisältynyt hintaan, vaan se piti ostaa erikseen vastaanotosta. Tämäkin rahastus tuli yllätyksenä. Ostimme vain yhdelle aamulle ja toista varten kävimme kaupassa. 20€/hlö siitä aamiaisesta ei todellakaan ole kohtuullinen hinta. Jos altaalla olisi halunnut vesijumppata, olisi sekin näyttö pitänyt VUOKRATA käyttöön.
