"Everything was spotless, and the room was absolutely stunning—it exceeded all of my expectation's. The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay, and the mountain view from the hotel was breathtaking. The gym, sauna, pool, and spa facilities were exceptional. I also treated myself to a Turkish bath and a massage, and they were worth every penny. I will definitely be returning to this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay."

"The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with modern facilities, well-maintained grounds, and excellent cleanliness throughout the resort. Housekeeping did a great job, and the property was always kept clean and tidy. The main area that could be improved is the service. The resort has many stairs and is spread out over a large area, so this may be why the waiters are not able to walk around and check on guests as consistently as expected. A more attentive service throughout the day would make a noticeable difference to the overall experience. The dinner buffet could also be improved. While there is a good variety of food, the quality and selection at dinner did not meet the standard I expected from a resort of this level. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The beautiful setting and cleanliness were definite highlights, but improvements to the service and evening dining experience would make this resort even better."
