"This was one of the best (and most unique) properties we’ve ever stayed at and we travel a lot. Unlike a normal hotel room it had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a bed that raised up into the ceiling when not in use, converting a bedroom instantly into a living room. The building had a nice plunge pool with a common barbecue area. Entry to the building and unit is by codes so no checking in and out. No messing with keys. It was conveniently located to downtown Tampa (walking distance). I would absolutely stay here again if I’m back in Tampa."

"I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the automobile shop where my car's A/C system is being repaired. In my room the shower was not working. I called the front desk to inform them about the shower. Front desk associate was polite and courteous. A maintenance associate was at my room in less than 30 minutes. He inspected the shower and said he will be back in one hour. He never arrived. I prefer showers because my mobility is limited because of a serious automobile accident I was involved in months ago. I left for the day and returned hours later and the shower was not working. I called the front desk and they switched my room. Lack of communication. "

"Experience was nice , ran out of towels and wash clothes , messed up room service bill, convenient location , shower handle was off the hinges, location if room because i booked through 3rd party was obstructive even tho i paid same price as booking through hotel website, customer service was okay . "
