"All in all the Hotel is good. However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard.
The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there.
More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian.
The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so...

Meine Frau und ich verbrachten vier Nächte im Voyage Kundu mit Ultra-All-Inclusive. Das Hotel bezeichnet sich selbst als „Super Premium“. Da wir regelmäßig reisen und bereits viele hochwertige Hotels weltweit besucht haben, können wir die Leistungen gut vergleichen.
Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Bereits bei der Anreise meldeten wir eine offene Steckdose direkt neben dem Bett sowie eine leere Shampoo-Flasche in der Dusche. Beide Mängel wurden...
