Great base for a one night stay between train into/from Porta Susa station. Not at all fancy, but a good comfortable bed for the night, decent shower and absolutely fine varied breakfast included in our room rate. Very helpful to have bags stored for us at the hotel the day we were leaving, so that we could explore fascinating Turin until our lunchtime train. Our second visit to this hotel.

Great people - hotel recommended

Reception staff are great. Really nice and friendly - speak a load of languages. Rooms are a decent size, clean and comfortable. Second time staying at this hotel - on way from Paris to holiday in Tuscany. Location close to Porta Susa perfect for us. Loads of good places to eat (some great places to eat - check out Raffaleo, Via Piave 5/M, angolo via del Carmine, 10122, Torino) and drink within short walk.

This hotel was easily accessible to the train station-porta susa. It is an older hotel, but well maintained.The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was big with beautiful high ceilings. The AC was a bit temperamental, but that is Europe. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety.

Clean and comfortable rooms with friendly helpful staff. Only downside was one set of stairs for exit was blocked off for repair/construction. Hopefully this project will be completed soon and access to the next floor by stair will be usable again. Public transportation is close by. Parking in public garage was about 700 meters away and reasonable.

They don’t allow early check in at all. Not even 10 mins early! Very strange practice as I have checked in many hotels up to 4 hours before and have never had an issue like this. The WiFi kept dropping and won’t connect which was a big inconvenience too. The rooms are very basic, and not very modern. The breakfast is very good. A good 15 min walk to the centre. Lots of restaurants, cafes and a handy supermarket located in the street. Very easy to reach hotel by the airport Bus.

The only problem we had with the hotel was the noise, it is a convenient walk from the train station, and on the main tram line which was very noisey throughout the night. The room was too hot to leave the windows closed and the air conditioning was not working this time of year, so we had not choice but to open the windows. Everything else about this hotel was great.
