A equipe é muito solícita e todo dia de noite eles deixavam algum docinho no quarto. Os lodges são ótimos, com uma vista imperdível dos vinhedos e das montanhas. Importante lembrar que, por ser essa a proposta de estar no meio dos vinhedos, para chegar nos quartos quando você está no restaurante, é preciso caminhar pelo chão de terra e pedrinhas, então salto alto não é recomendável nessa proposta. Também não há festas ou baladinhas ao redor, é tudo silêncio e paz. Como eu queria essa paz, foi perfeito!

Passamos 2 dias hospedados na Andeluna agora em julho/25. Da recepção ao check out tudo perfeito. Bangalo no meio do parreiral, com uma vista sensacional dos Andes, um conforto sem igual. Quarto amplo e aconchegante, sem falar da receptividade e atenção dos colaboradores, destacando Rodrigo e Gonzalo. Café da manhã delicioso, ambiente super agradável. Recomendo e voltaria mil vezes pra lá.

PERFEITO do início ao fim. Começando pelo lugar e a vista da Cordilheira dos Andes que é um verdadeiro privilégio. Atendimento de toda equipe do hotel é excelente, café da manhã espetacular, gastronomia maravilhosa, que inclusive é mais acessível que os menus degustações das vinícolas… os hospedes do hotel tem a exclusividade para pedir cardápio à la carte no almoço e jantar, além de opções de snacks. Quarto com muita privacidade e exclusividade, com a vista deslumbrante da Cordilheira, cama confortável, aquecimento adequado, bastante espaçoso e muito limpo. Cortesias no quarto: todos itens do frigobar (como água, refrigerante, 2 garrafas pequenas de vinho), chás e café nespresso. A noite eles vão no quarto, arrumam a cama e deixam docinhos. Super recomendo e com certeza voltarei.

EXCELENTE SUPEROU NOSSAS EXPECTATIVAS

Andeluna Lodge superou todas as nossas expectativas. Desde o check in com funcionários super educados e prestativos até a equipe do restaurante todos muito educados, solícitos e a comida maravilhosa. Café da manhã muito bom com opção de pedir pratos quentes feitos na hora, jantamos no hotel e estava divino (apresentação dos pratos impecável). O lodge era excelente com ar condicionado, aquecedor, cama king, amenities, enxoval de cama e banho excelentes! Todas as noites eles deixam um mimo no quarto e organizam a cama ja para deitar! Tem um mini bar onde deixam com água, refrigerante, vinho tudo ja incluso no valor da estadia e eles fazem a reposição! Voltarei com certeza e foi tudo 100%
