"El Hotel suele sobre vender sus habitaciones, a pesar de que pagas el servicio por adelantado y cuando uno llega a presentarse, dicen que te devuelven el dinero y que no te dan la habitación. Que resuelvas como puedas.
Una pésima experiencia.

Unas personas que no les interesa el bienestar de sus huéspedes.
