The best part was the employees… Walid at breakfast, Achraf and Omaima at front desk and especially Lobna, the hostess at the restaurant. They were so warm, friendly and helpful. "This wasy 3 rd visit to Palm Marina and again I had an amazing time ! . The rooms are dated but clean and the mail tidied and supplied clean towels every day . The restaurant is what I expect from all inclusive, plenty of choice for all nationalities . The bar has a variety of yummy alcoholic and NON alcoholic beverages . The animation is first class , all the activities and shows are enjoyable & the whole team make you welcome . A special mention to Max & Salah for always providing fun activities & being happy to sit and talk."

"Food is too expensive and not great. I asked for the room to be alcohol free but the request was not fulfilled. The room was great and comfortable. However the food was not great. The breakfast had stuff from the previous days. This hotel is not worth the price and is definitely not a 5 stars hotel. "

"This is an excellent place for families. It may need renovation to freshen up the rooms. They are very unique in style and will be quite an upgrade. The beach is fantastic for anybody who loves to swim or enjoy the view. Food is plenty but may require some attention to quality over quantity. It was quite a pleasant surprise and will come back again. "
