⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review – An Outstanding Experience at Verdi Tunis Hotel!
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional hospitality and outstanding service I have received during my stay at Verdi Tunis Hotel.
From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed, respected, and valued as a guest. What truly makes this hotel special is not just the accommodation, but the incredible people who go above and beyond to make every guest feel comfortable and appreciated.
I would especially like to recognize Sinda, Should, and Lamia for their remarkable professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. These wonderful individuals have made my stay truly memorable. Their warm smiles, positive attitudes, and willingness to assist with every request demonstrate what genuine five-star hospitality should look like.
Their dedication and personal attention made me feel more like a valued family member than simply a hotel guest. This level of care is something you don't experience everywhere, and it deserves special recognition.
To the management of Verdi Tunis Hotel: You should be extremely proud to have such outstanding individuals representing your hotel. Employees like Sinda, Should, and Lamia are the reason guests remember their experiences and choose to return.
I highly recommend Verdi Tunis Hotel to anyone visiting Tunis, whether for business or pleasure.
Thank you for making my stay such a wonderful experience. I will certainly
A hotel with a high standard of service. The room was ready for us, all necessity were on the place. Very service-minded personal. The breakfast were good - all what we need plus local specialities. Food in restaurants is also very good. Room service working fine. Spa and inside pool clean.
It was a very smooth stay!
As soon as we check in at the hotel we feel like home. We are always well received by Mr Lahdhiri and his team. The staff is very friendly and proactive to make sure your stay is perfect.
Thank you again for the kind upgrade!
We will see you again in 2 weeks.

Staff is very helpful and welcoming. No public transportation and area around is remote with no activities other than what is provided by hotels nearby. Shuttle to the airport costs 40 euro but taking a cub is a fraction of the cost.
This is a great hotel not too far from the Tunis airport/Tunis city center/Carthage historical site.
When I first was looking at the listing for this hotel, I was skeptical as I thought it just couldn't be like the pictures.
I was wrong.
The hotel is about an easy 20 minute drive from the Tunis airport in a very good area. I personally didn't see much in the area around the hotel except for other hotels and a nightclub across the street, but there is a good mall and grocery store just down the street so that was very nice.
Getting to Tunis center and the Carthage Historical Sites are very easy as well, with about a 15 minute drive to each.
In the hotel, there is a very nice pool which was beautiful, a couple of shops, a couple of restaurants and a great path with access to the beach.
I ordered room service the first night there and the food was good with no problems at all.
Also, trying to get pool towels and extra shower towels from the reception desk was super easy with zero problems.
Speaking of the front desk, as the Tunisian dinar is a closed currency and landing at Tunis airport so early in the morning, I hadn't had a chance to convert my USD to local currency but I was able to do it at the front desk, which gave me a rate that was very, very close to market value, which was a very welcome surprise.
