"The floor we stayed on was being renovated, so the fumes of the paint was a bit irritating and the room could be cleaner, but overall this was a great property to stay at. "

"Checking in the clerk was very friendly and helpful. It was the shifts that followed that was horrible. The customer service went down tremendously from that evening til the next day. We also experienced the smell of marijuana heavily in our room after being gone all day. The staff handled this very poorly. I just feel like if I pay my hard earned money that my concerns should be addressed properly. It wasn’t til checkout that the host that was originally there at check in assured me that I wouldn’t get an extra charge and apologized. Honestly I would never book this hotel again. The area was really convenient but I’d rather travel a little further that have to deal with attitudes."
