"I loved everything, it was my first time in Stockholm and I absolutely loved this establishment it was beautiful, well cleaned and well maintained it had everything you would need for your stay and also the staff was really welcoming and ready to help. I would go there instantly if I'd come back to Stockholm, it had everything near it and the staff was ready to help you with anything you may need like transport, stores and even ferry rides"

"I reserved a room which showed a room with a kitchenette and windows, but they insisted I was going to get a windowless studio with only a shared kitchen. This went against everything that was on the Expedia website. I emailed them for a few days and no one responded. Then 24 hours before my arrival I started texting back and forth until I was given what I reserved. It was very stressful."

Breakfast included is great (lots of options, fruits, eggs and luncheon meat, different kinds of bread, veggies, yogourt...) Great location, three minutes walk to metro. "Me and my cousin stayed with Quality Hotel and really enjoyed it. Beds were soooo comfy, room was clean, full air-con. The SHOWER. Holy gods. It was euphoric. Water pressure and temp are UNREAL. Soul left my body. The bistro had lovely food as well. Room reasonably priced. Definitely staying with Quality Hotel again next time we're in Stockholm!"

"Great hotel. Exceptional staff throughout. Lovely breakfast. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great location, close to old town, hop on/off bus, shops and restaurants. Lovely views over the water.Close to station but no noise from trains. Only minus points were room a lite hot and no real aircon, plus the handheld part of the shower was a little temperamental. Would certainly recommend."
