"I’ve been booked this hotel from the 27th of April to the 7th of May arrived at the hotel. Okay checked in, went to the room very basic room One double bed, one white unit with shelves, and that was it no tables or chairs to put anything on no restaurant as advertised pool was empty no fridge in the room. Nothing stayed there one night went to another hotel a better one why this hotel has got five star Review, I don’t know terrible hotel"

"Staff were very good and helpful. Location was great for our need. Breakfast was good too and included in the price which was good too. Initially had problems with lack of hot water and toilet cistern issue but staff fixed that straight away. "

"This hotel features unique, modern-retro decor and an impressive all-inclusive experience. The variety and quality of the food are excellent, and the fully stocked mini-fridge (included for free!) was a fantastic touch. I especially loved the mocktails—they are easily some of the best I’ve had. The facilities are extensive, featuring two outdoor pools with paddling areas and two indoor pools. While the spa treatment was incredible and highly recommended, note that the spa pool is reserved for paying spa guests. My only minor critique is that the pools weren't quite warm enough for the chilly April weather. The location is ideal and gets quite lively at night. It’s just a short walk across the road to a clean, pebbly beach, and there is a convenient taxi base right outside the main entrance. While it might not be the most child-friendly spot for toddlers (under 5) during the low season due to limited entertainment, the hardworking and polite staff more than make up for it."

"This hotel was fabulous. Everything was spectacular. The spa was super relaxing and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delightful and had everything you'd hope for in a large Turkish buffet. "

"The property provided neat and clean room alongwith cofee and breakfast. However the room was slightly congested for a family with kids, I was expecting slightlg bigger room. Also the swimming pool was not functional during our stay, as well as they have restriction on ordering/bringing food from outside during 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, mainly to promote their in-house restaurant -something one may not prefer when staying for a few days there."

"Well appointed kitchen with basic dishes and utensils…enabling breakfasts in-house. The fridge, dishwasher and washing machine were all a lovely bonus. Kudos to Mehmet,Karina and Mikhael for their warmth and hospitality enabling us to interact with local transportation within our area. Their support and handholding was priceless! Almost don’t want to let out this gem of a secret… aw well we can only hope this continues for years to come. Thanks again… we hope to see you again soon."

"Staff are friendly and kind. Very helpful. The stay is a bit far from attractions, so you need to prepare for that. Rooms are clean. No refreshments or water so more of a bring your own stuff which makes sense given that its an “apartment”."
