"Another guest tried to enter my room at 2:30 am. The staff assigned him to the same room i was in. If I hadn’t locked the room with the security handle available, the regular lock of theroom wouldn’t have worked and the guest would have found me in bed and i, god knows , with a heart attack. This is an evident mistake. But what if it was a woman and someone enters the room. Inexcusable. No formal apologies. No courtesies. "
