Tulsa hotel rooms a the Independent

"Nice place to stay with a lot of extras!"

"Was hoping for better to be honest. The hotel is in dire need of upgrades. We went through 5 key cards in 2 days. They just quit working. The room was cleanish, both toilet paper rolls it had practically fell off the wall just sitting there. The hot tub warmish and way too much chemicals. Turning on the jets caused a foam mountain. "

"Housekeeping was a hit or miss but mostly a miss. We only had our room cleaned twice during a five night stay and on one of those days they took our towels and didn’t replace them. We had to call the front desk twice for towels and once for a hair dryer, which was not in the room. The towels were raggedy and close to having holes in them. I wish I had taken a picture of them. I will not stay here again."

"Do not stay here. The rooms are unclean and smell and the property is extremely loud with people screaming, laughing, running. Would never stay here again, and staff are unapologetically uncaring."

"The breakfast menu was somewhat limited, but the essentials were available. We had an issue in one room with bugs, however they moved us to a room. However the next day they called us to say they needed us to move to a third room which they had not said anything and were difficult to deal with for a mistake they made, appeared to have double booked rooms. We finally resolved and did not have to move because we were not on site, however they were not the most helpful with this issue."
