"Really lovely, helpful staff, particularly in the atrium bar. Comfortable beds, very quiet, so a good nights sleep. Lighting in rooms not very good, rooms a bit dark with the dark brown wooden furniture which was a bit tired. Fantastic breakfast, great selection and beautifully cooked."

"I stayed in a lovely room, perhaps a new wing ? Not sure room 136 if not new it's certainly re furbished !! It's a friendly hotel with good local.support it seems. It was a quick over night stay, breakfast was good cooked to order. The one thing that has changed so much seems to be the early closing of the public bars in hotels. After a long day or returning to the hotel after an evening out it would be nice to have a drink. There did nt seem to be an option at 10.45 on the night I stayed. I will happily stay there again."

"Lovely twin room with good shower in ensuite. Excellent kitchen/common room area with lots of cooking options - oven, microwave etc. Sofas for groups to relax. Parking would normally be good but on the Saturday night, the local GAA team were playing and the car park and surrounding streets were rammed. Only disappointment was the check in as no-one from the property was there. We had to phone up the international ( for us) number causing extra expense. It might help future visitors if the property sent out check in instructions by text, email etc on the day of arrival"
