"There was hair still left in my tub. The hall ways were full of paint and wood debris from construction. My allergies were going nuts the entire night because of it. It looked like the floors hadn’t been vacuumed in days. I was extremely disappointed."

"Here’s what not good about it. My stay was for 2 days without a working toilet, and no shower soap. A strobing ceiling bathroom light. I told 2 different people day and night clerk on both days without anything being done to rectify the problems. Never even offer to compensate me, but Told me instead to contact Expedia to deal with it, in so many words."

"The room was not as clean as I feel it should be. The place is beautiful and we loved the stay. The night auditor or front desk gentlemen on May 30th 2026 Saturday evening was very unfriendly and had an attitude to open front door for us because the card wouldn't work. He should exude more professionalism. I have managed hotels before and he definitely needs to be more professional even if your not happy with your job or whatever the reason."
