"The staff were warm and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. However, during my stay, the room accommodation was disappointing and did not meet expectations. Instead of a proper comforter as advertised, only a thin blanket was provided, and the pillows were substandard and uncomfortable. The water pressure was very weak, and the surroundings were extremely noisy, with drilling going on during my stay. Overall, the amenities felt outdated, which significantly affected the quality and comfort...
