"Staff was friendly and attentive. Helped with food recommendations and coordinating golf cart rental delivery. Room was clean and recently updated. The pool remodel was being finished and looks like it’ll be nice. There is a dog named Max who comes to hang out at the bar and he is a very good boy. "

"Room and the whole place was clean. Staffs were very nice, easy access to the other restaurants, groceries and gift shops. One thing I was disappointed which is the same with the other hotels …no access to the beach to swim. You have to rent a golf cart to go to the Secret Beach w/c was another experience, but it’s worth it…it was beautiful "

"They made my trip an amazing experience. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they made sure I had a great room with the best views of the resort. The food was amazing and I couldn’t complain about the amenities. There wasn’t necessarily a beach due some recent construction but other hotels have similar beaches. My favorite area of the resort is the pool on the 6th floor during sunset. I went to see the sunset every day. Staff was nice, friendly, and always happy to help. I have no complaints!"
