Location is great, staff is great, lobby is great, beds and bathroom great. The hallways need work, rooms aren’t perfect. If you are going to the U of A for a function it’s worth a stay.

3 Palms Tucson North Foothills
Everything was wonderful!! Second time staying here and it's always so clean, and peaceful!! Only thing missing is a small breakfast ot option for pastries and juices options. That would out the icing on the cake there. Thank you 3 Palms staff

The room was clean but felt a little musty. The floor of the dressing room outside of the bathroom was not washed. I asked for it to be cleaned but it didn't happen.
