"The hot water heater wasn’t working on the property so cold showers and the pool was closed for maintenance. Mildew on the bathroom walls and ceiling."

"We had a very nice room for 2 nights. The buffet breakfast was really good. They even have a social get-together Monday - Wednesday where they offer hors d'oeuvres and complimentary wine or beer. If we return to Tucson, we would definitely stay here again"

"Close proximity to the Airport. Shuttle service provided fast service. Prompt friendly check in and out. Excellent breakfast. Will stay here again when I come thru this area in the future."

"Was surprised to have no queen size beds, so sleeping was tight. No fan in the bathroom kept the odors present. The pool had more debris than needed. Staff and breakfast was great."

"Loved being close to the airport, as we had an early flight the next day. Checkin was smooth, and they run an airport shuttle every 10 mins starting at 4 am. The lobby and restaurant are beautiful, and the grounds are nice. The pool could have been cleaner, but was fun and had floaties available. The hallway leading to our room smelled bad -- like toilet water. But our room was very clean and nice. Beds were a little hard. No room service, but you can order food and drinks to take back to your room. They needed a second server at the restaurant, as the one they had was overloaded on a Sunday night."

"The breakfast had moldy fruit, the yogurt machine wasn’t working, and the jam was runny. There wasn’t a single cup in the rooms, or ice bucket. Also, no shower gel. There was also a nail clipping on the floor, which made me question how often rooms are vacuumed."
