"The owner was not responsive to multiple messages or phone calls for several hours the day of our arrival, which was very stressful not knowing if we would even be able to access the rental when arriving late in the evening with children. "We stayed in a Double Room, Balcony with Mountain View. It was a cozy, comfortable room that was well designed for function & storage. Amazing location in central Livigno with free parking at the rear of the hotel. Several restaurants in walking distance, but ended up eating dinner at the hotel. Excellent breakfast was included with our stay. Amazing friendly staff (Elios) who all had time to share a laugh & offer advice. We just wish we could have stayed longer…."
