"We loved our stay at Hotel Grande. It has a dedicated parking garage for guests (two-level basement) as well as an elevator for ease of transporting luggages. Breakfast buffet is tasty and has a very good mix of Filipino (danggit, ube-flavored ensaymada, etc) and International food. The staff do seem to be more aloof than most of the staff at other Philippine hotels we've stayed at - they're not the type to jump up and greet you every single time they see you - which is good because it made for our interactions to feel more genuine. Internet connection is secured and fast. TV has great options. Our room was spacious, and clean. We hear guests from the hallway but not once they've entered their room. Bathroom's also kept very clean and stocked, there is hot water and water pressure is great."

"The hotel was really beautiful. But when we arrived the hotel said, Expedia booked the city view but I actually ordered a garden view from Expedia which was more expensive online. They couldn’t give us the garden view coz it wasn’t anymore available. That was a failure in Expedia’s duty. I was quite disappointed with Expedia. Hotel tried to make up by offering a lower rate since we decided to stay longer. Expedia people did not do a Good Job! "

"The staff were kind and attentive. It’s located in the middle of CJH so it’s a walking distance to shopping and food. There’s a stop for a free shuttle across the street. It’s quiet. I’d stay here again. "
