"The location was excellent next to 3 malls and the hotel itself was perfect - great breakfast, had an amazing cocktail and nice rooftop. My only problem with the hotel is that I sent them 4 messages via Expedia and 1 to their direct email and never heard back prior to arrival. I wanted to inquire about transportation. They do not provide airport transfers directly but as I suspected they could have connected me with a taxi company - they have a stand right outside I could have contacted via WhatsApp to pre-arrange transportation. They never even responded though that they couldn’t help me - messages were in Spanish too so definitely not a language issue."

"Nice clean apartment / room. My boat was in the yard of the marina so this was the closest and only place to stay. Good ac and clean shower/bathroom. It is very expensive for Colombia standards and the internet in this room was very slow. The staff is very friendly and helpful but i needed to use google translate a bit."
