"Overall had a fantastic 7 nights, staff were very welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had a good holiday, especially considering the fact I was nursing a broken and a fractured rib from the previous 7 nights in the village, meals were delicious and the rooms were beautiful and clean and well serviced - very comfortable bed! Just love Samoa - highly recommend Sheraton - will be going back that’s for sure!"

"The room was immaculate. Serviced daily with big welcoming smiles from the staff. Lemafo’e was one of our favorites as well as the young lady who went out her way to help us resolve our adapter issue. The food was excellent. Fish and chips is by far the best I’ve had anywhere. Luna is a gracious host, most caring and hospitable. My favorite part of our room was the inside/outside shower/bathroom. A clever and eco friendly design. Genius! Definitely will return. "Exceptional stay at Coconut Beach Resort & Spa! We stayed in Fale Tautai, an overwater bungalow (the second on the right along the path, with a west-facing deck offering stunning sunset views). The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking ocean scenery all around. We loved being able to see turtles, fish, and starfish right from our fale even through the glass panels beneath the coffee table and in the bathroom! The bathtub with an ocean view was a highlight, and watching the sunset each evening from our deck felt like a dream. The Samoan staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind, making our stay feel truly special. We also enjoyed a lively Fiafia Night offered by the resort free of charge. It is a wonderful experience filled with traditional Samoan music, dance, and culture. We had a deeply relaxing Coco Massage at the spa. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so grateful for the experience. We can’t wait to return someday as true “Coconuts.” Soifua ma ia manuia! 🌺"

"Location: one of the best locations if you want to stay in town. Convenient shop on the ground floor. You also have the city that’s 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. Room: beautiful room, I booked a standard room & it was well worth the money. Good space travelling alone. Bathroom also has a lot of space to move around. Service: good service from reception staff. Always happy and willing to help with my enquires. Altogether my experience was awesome. I also brought my friends & family to my room to check it out & they also love it & will consider Taufusi Hotel their preferred location in future trips. "
