"As you check in on the 13th floor it would be helpful to have a clearer sign in the entrance foyer. Apart from that we enjoyed the stay, the room and facilitates. It is conveniently located for many shops ahd restaurants and for the tram. Breakfast was a good selection of foods, mainly Japanese. ..."

"The hotel is presented in excellent condition. Staff is friendly and helpful and most staff has good English competency. The breakfast is great. My only complaint is parking is slightly expensive at 1200 yen a night."
