シャワーのみでしたが、暑い時期だったので 気になりませんでした。 冷房、冷蔵庫みしっかり冷えて良かった。 なんと言っても、無料でビール飲みながら漫画が読めるのが最高でした。 コスパかなり良いです。

つくば駅から離れており、バス停もコンビニも少し遠いですが、フロントに生ビールサーバがあり、当日のフロント担当の女性が笑顔でとても気持ち良く対応してくれました♡

国際会議場での学会参加のための単身連泊利用でした(スタンダードツイン)。周辺の安ホテルで探し、「値段通りのクオリティ」だと買いてあったので不安ながら利用しましたが、部屋は綺麗でエアコンも動き、シャワールームとトイレはドア分けされており満足の限りです。追加料金なしの無料朝食(6:30-8:00)もあり、スカイホテル〜つくば駅〜会議場のバス(¥500、7:00-9:00に30分おき発)も非常に助かりました。要望があれば駅前等迎えのバスも出していただけるようで、とても優しいホテルでした。満足です！4泊もありがとうございました！

ネガティブから言えば：・エアコンが古いのか音が非常にうるさかった。・室内のスリッパが紙のように薄くてはけたものではない。・靴ベラくらいは設置してほしい。・無料の朝食は良いがホットコーヒーが欲しかった（アイスコーヒーはあり） ポジティブ側は受付の女性は親切。駐車場も無料でよい。浴槽はなくシャワーブースのみではあるが、きれいにリノベされていて清潔感はある。

行きはすでに夜だったこともありタクシーで行きましたが、つくば駅から約15分と徒歩圏内のホテルでした。大通り沿いにあるので迷うこともありません。 部屋は最小限のものしかありませんが、同フロアにバスローブなど置いてありました。 浴槽付とありましたが、シャワーのみでした。改装した結果そうなったのかもしれませんが、浴槽が欲しい方もいると思うので、改訂した方がよいと思います。 シャワールームは広く使い勝手が良かったので、狭いユニットバスよりも私は好きでした。 また壁が薄いようで、隣の声がはっきり聞こえました。 格安でしたので、このお値段であればアリだと思います。
