"I had a great experience here. We stayed here for our last day in Japan as a buffer just incase we had any problems towards the end of our trip. We were expecting a turd of a hotel because it was very inexpensive and there were some awful reviews.
We stayed in the West Wing which was great. The room was clean and I was expecting a tiny room but it was a little bigger than expected. I got good use out of the Onsens which were great, not a lot of people in there (Sunday and Monday). My wife took advantage of the shuttle to the mall a couple times. Awesome to have a Family Mart in there, I was able to use most of my remaining Sucia balance. I would 100% stay here again and maybe play the golf course behind the hotel next time.
My pal Douglas stayed in the Garden Wing. He said the room was horrible! Stains on the carpet and the bathroom was so bad they didn't even want to shower there. They slept on top of the cover with shoes because the bed has stains from bodily fluids. I ranked this hotel #3 out of our 5 hotel japan stay, Grand Centara and Gracey number 1 &2. Douglas said it was the worst hotel or even Motel he has ever stayed at in his life! He said if he didn't have so much luggage he would have booked another hotel immediately. His wife almost divorced him for booking that hotel even though it was my idea. Bad end to their trip. They ended up checking out as soon as they woke up and just hung out at the airport for our 5pm flight.
