"The hotel has a wide range of facilities, including two different hot springs, indoor and outdoor pools, spas, restaurants, souvenir shops, and even a convenience store. It made our stay very comfortable, especially while sightseeing in the hot weather. The room was tidy and clean, and we really liked the spacious bathroom and the fact that the toilet was separated from the bath area. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the monorail station, which might be a bit inconvenient for some...

10/10 Excellent

"Had a great time when we stayed for 6 nights at the Hyatt in Naha. Staff friendly and helpful, room serviced daily with clean towels and bottles of water. Beds changed on 3rd day. Room a good size and had a view from the 9th floor, we were there when a typhoon came thru and staff helpful and informative. Loved the pool too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Okinawa."

"Very disappointing experience at Nest Hotel Naha. During check-in, the front desk gave me the wrong room number, so I could not enter the room and had to return to the lobby to sort it out. The front desk staff were unable to communicate effectively in English and were not particularly helpful. When I needed to extend my stay for two more nights due to the approaching typhoon, they simply told me to check the rates online myself. When I asked if they could check room availability, they used Google Translate to tell me that if I could not book online, it meant the hotel was full and I should find another hotel. There was little effort to assist or show concern despite the typhoon situation. Also, room cleaning is only provided once every three days, which may not be suitable for all guests. Overall, the service was disappointing and did not meet expectations."
