"Un très bel hôtel, rénové avec beaucoup de gout, très confortable, les chambres sont spacieuses et parfaitement agencées; Mention spéciale pour le personnel qui est particulièrement agréable et à été attentif à toutes nos demandes. l'emplacement de l'hôtel est également particulièrement adapté pour découvrir la vie du village d'Adelboden, les commerces et restaurants sont à 150m de l'hôtel, tout peut se faire à pied sans difficulté."

"I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). Electric sockets in hotel were not...

"Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?"
