"We were a family traveling with 4 adults, 1 child, and 2 border collie mix dogs. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and were able to give us a first floor set of adjacent rooms so one of my dogs could avoid the elevator. My daughter forgot to pack her toothbrush, and the front desk even had a pink one for her. The front desk also had station of iced spa water and hot water. The pool and hot tub are indoors and are a nice size. The morning breakfast buffet was wonderful- we enjoyed coffee, eggs, sausage, and freshly made blueberry waffles every morning. The property is in a very convenient location- it has two restaurants neighboring that we easily walked to (the La Cocina restaurant had a patio that allows dogs), and there is a gas station and a Walmart across the street. We were only a short drive away from our vacation destinations, the Elephant Butte State Park and the local hot springs of ToC. There was also plenty of open space behind the hotel to walk our dogs, and the hotel also had a small designated outdoor space for the dogs to relieve themselves equipped with a bag and bin station. The room had plenty of lighting options, a night light, a lot of electrical outlets, very cold a/c, the coldest mini fridge I've ever met, a microwave, in-room coffee capabilities, a hairdryer, and the hot water taps ran instantly hot and never ran out of hot water. My family and I truly had a great time on our vacation here, from beginning to end."
