"I liked the hotel and the rooms; it was affordable. However, I didn’t like the way the lady at the reception talked to me like she was the owner of that place. Please train your staff in customer service. Also, she refused to accept my U.S. passport, and I had to pay taxes for my stay, even though I told them my entry date to Peru.     "Muy rico exceptional breakfast, with hot meats, eggs, crepes; fresh fruits, juices, and yogurts; pastries! Great location and could walk everywhere. Right next door to the beautiful Cathedral. We had the junior suite, which was very nice with patio overlooking Plaza de Armas. I would definitely stay there again, but would ask for a room overlooking pool/ center of building, away from plaza. There was alot of street noise including sirens and loud vehicles most of night ( even with windows closed) and also noise from the hotel bar immediately below the room. "
