Great choice overall.

Great overall. They were kind enough to let me in my room earlier. Good bed. Absolutely amazing shower. I've been in Peru for a month now in multiple hotels and this has the best shower by far. Simple breakfast... could be better. It's not bad, but I'd pay a little more for more.

Great remodeled room in a very bad city location. Had hot water issues on the morning after my stay and no one even care “ we will check with maintenance “ “ did you call front desk?” ( I was in the middle of my shower when just cold water started coming out of the faucet.

Un hotel adecuado para pasar por Trujillo.

Si bien la habitación individual no se corresponde que no las fotos específicas de la misma, tiene instalaciones modernas y es cómoda. El desayuno es bueno y la atención de la recepción servicial y atenta. Me ayudaron con problemas en el sistema de pago y pude dejar en custodia mi equipaje después del check out. El barrio es feo, pero el hotel es bueno.

El lugar por fuera no es agradable. Yo reserve dos habitaciones y al llegar sólo tenían una habitación dentro de mi reserva, pero lo solucionaron de inmediato. No funciona el restaurante, solo es para el desayuno el cual es aceptable. La cama no es cómoda y a partir de las 5 am se siente las personas en el pasillo, el cierre de las puertas y los autos encendiéndose para salir, por ello, no pudimos dormir desde esa hora. Para pasar una noche y levantarse muy temprano esta bien.

Hotel has potential.

We stayed at this hotel because it said it had washer dryer. It does not, it has a laundry service. The hotel has no ac or heat. So if it hot or cold outside, so will your room. Water was too cold to wash my hair. The room itself was clean and big. Towels and sheets white and smelled great. The breakfast was good. Wifi strong in my room.

El hotel por dentro es acogedor, buen desayuno, las habitaciones cómodas, la atención del personal buena. Está a 6 cuadras de la plaza se camina un poco y se llega rápido. La zona dónde se encuentra el hotel un poco fea, está cerca de un paradero de colectivos y mercado, no es peligroso al parecer pero atemoriza uno poco.

El personal era amable y atento. Las habitaciones son amplias y están limpias. Está bien ubicado, a menos de 5 minutos del centro y de la calle donde pasan los micros a las zonas turísticas. El wifi iba muy buen.

Decent for the price

Decent hotel for the price. Clean rooms, decent bed and decent location. Hot water was not hot at peak shower times, so I showered at night. Breakfast was ok, but overcrowded and understaffed. One morning I waited 30 minutes to be served, and the next morning all the tables were taken so I just bought breakfast elsewhere.
