We had a family suite, which was very big - very large main bedroom/sitting area, large shower room and smaller room with two single beds for children. Hallway for bags etc and good storage. Balcony overlooking the mountains. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Allowed me to try my German but able to speak very good English when I stumbled!
