The staff is friendly and welcoming. When I asked for a dining recommendation, a small diner next door was suggested and they offered hotel guests a discount. It was a great suggestion! The West End Flats
Rooms were quite large with nice amenities. Comfortable bed and very clean. Nice location and close to Jefferson Center. Will return there next time I stay in Roanoke.
