"Very easy and quick check in! Went back to front desk for more towels and bedding for the pull out couch, and it was brought to our room within minutes. Very helpful, and friendly staff. The room was very clean! Will stay here again when we come back visit!"

"The pool is always a favorite of ours. It has a waterslide that my 6 year old is not afraid to go down. The only thing I would mention is that towels for the pool area need to be replensihed more often or placed in rooms as before. The restaurant is very good as well. Portions are large and the staff are very accommodating. Meals for children are good as well and have a variety of options. The room itself was clean and comfortable, as always. The staff at the front desk was able to hold our luggage as our room was not ready when we arrived (we arrived early so nothing to do with the hotel). We have stayed here before and will most likely stay here in the future."

Outstanding customer service—I accidentally forgot my watch in the room, and the hotel called me right away to let me know and help me retrieve it. That kind of honesty and care is rare. Highly recommend to anyone visiting NL!"
