"Hotel is situated in a square next to the clock tower kind of hard to find when you get there you have to check in at another motel called Castle Ruth was very confusing.Parking is located a couple blocks away in a underground garage it all ended up being okay but it was just kind of inconcieint.

"Our arrival experience at Parc Hotel Miramonti was extremely disappointing and stressful. We had booked and prepaid through Expedia for two people, half-board, in a superior room with a mountain view. Despite this, upon arrival we were told that the reservation only covered one person and that we had to pay an additional €70. "It was our first time in Dolomites and we are so glad we stayed here. The location is just perfect, a 10min drive from Ortisei (biggest town in Val Gardena). The hotel is family run and every single staff person makes you feel at home. Our room was super clean, spacious and with a balcony overlooking a beautiful mountain (think all rooms get this view!). They also have a great bar and restaurant with outdoor seating. The food is delicious and highly recommend trying any of their house wines! Would definitely stay here again!"
