"Reception very helpful as there were no drinks making facilities in the room. The room itself had poor insulation and the wind was howling all night. Traffic noise was also poor from 6.00/6.30am."

"The beds were very uncomfortable - you could feel the springs and the breakfasts were meagre every time we were there. Runny eggs and out of a lot of things. Not returning. Staff were all ok."
