"This was the worst room accommodation of all the hotels we stayed at (8 of them) on our trip. What was pictured in the photos on Expedia of the rooms was not what we received. When we asked the staff to move they said they were sold out and could not move us. I really felt that this was not what we booked. The room was a lot of money and it was so awful. I considered booking another hotel when we arrived, but we would lose all our paid money since it was non-refundable, so we stayed.
