VÀlkomnande, vÀlkomstdrinkar till tonÄringarna och ett födelsedags kort med godis till dottern som fyllde Är. Frukosten var lite rörig och ont om platser. Fin utsikt i fina TrollhÀttan. Trevlig personal. SmÄ hissar. Jag rÄkade betala dubbelt för parkering tyvÀrr dÄ det var lite krÄngligt sÄ var observanta pÄ det., det blev dyrt.

Veldig hard pute i forhold til mitt Þnske. Fikk rom i kjelleren med gateutsikt, sov med vinduene Äpne pÄ grunn av varme og dÄrlig luft. VÄknet flere ganger av folk som snakket i telefonen, pluss at det sto folk rett utenfor vinduet som sto Äpent og tittet inn pÄ oss som sov. Sov dÄrlig pÄ grunn av opplevelsen angÄende dette. Frokosten kunne det fint vÊrt fylt pÄ oftere. Mye folk og kanskje ikke helt forberedt personalet.

BÀst hotellet i TrollhÀttan

Incheckningen var en mardröm. MÄnga rum var inte klara för mÄnga gÀster kl 16 = incheckningstid, det var en kö av gÀster med klagomÄl nÀr vi kom, efter en lÄng stund erbjöds nÄgra en fri dryck (skulle ha erbjudits alla direkt, som standard nÀr rum med sÄ sen incheck som kl 16 inte var klara). MÄnga turer nÀr vÄrt rum inte uppfyllde specifikationerna, incheck tog totalt en timma. Men personalen vÀnlig och gjorde sÄ gott de kunde under omstÀndigheterna. Rummet jÀttefint till slut, bra i de flesta avseenden. Sparsamt med krokar, ingen garderob, fÄ avstÀllningsytor, inget jylskÄp (som utlovats)...men trots allt ok. Varmt i rummet o svÄrt att fÄ ner temperaturen - men pÄgÄende vÀrmeblja med 30 graders vÀrme sÄ fullt förklarigt. Stor trÀngsel vid frukost redan frÄn start - men hotellet var fullbelagt sÄ ocksÄ förstÄeligt. Frukost standard, helt ok. TrÄngt i hissarna - förstÄs! Hotellets lÀge Àr suverÀnt, utsikten mot kanalen jÀttefin. Personalen i receptionen mycket hjÀlpsamma o vÀnliga. Total sett var detta ÀndÄ en mycket bra hotellupplevelse trots synpunkterna ovan - troligen Àr detta bÀsta hotellalternativet i TrolllhÀttan (har prövat nÄgra andra tidigare)

Trevligt och prisvÀrt

Fint lÀge, prisvÀrt, FrÀscht i alla lokaler och rum, personliga detaljer (ex godis och lappar vid ankomst) och bra service speciellt i receptionen. Frukosten var helt okej och i scandic standard. SvÄrt att fÄ kallt i rummet pÄ natten, men stor flÀkt fanns och hjÀlpte till att kyla ned okej.
